I’ve read that 4 gallon jugs are desirable,but is this a "lazy eight with target & tail," or do those squiggly loops indicate a "tornado?" Has a few turkey droppings and in absolutely mint condition. Question:
I picked this up on eBay and was wondering if you could tell me more about it. The seller thought it was a steamer insert. It is 6 3/4" at the top, 5 1/4" at the bottom and stands 6 1/2" tall. The bottom is impressed with a B and the side is stamped with a circle that might read "Red Wing Union – Stoneware Co. – Red Wing Minn" but it is quite dificult to read. It has a glazing blow out on the top, does that hurt it’s value. Thank you.

Greetings AL, just a quick question pertaining to 5 GL Shoulder Jugs. How rare are they with "IMPERIAL" stamped underneath the gallonage inside a rectangular frame(4 Stamps on front total)?
