History
Since 1991 the RWCS Board of Directors has selected an RWCS Chapter to produce the Convention attendee button as a service to the Society and a fundraiser for the Chapter. The only element required to be incorporated into every button design are the words “Red Wing Collectors Society, Inc.,” the Thursday, Friday Saturday dates of the convention, and the words stating which annual convention it is.
The Buttons are sold beginning the Sunday preceeding the convention and sold through the Saturday of Convention. Remaining buttons are sold through the RWCS Newsletter for the benefit of RWCS members unable to attend the convention.
