Have a set of spongeware paneled markings all excellent 5 inch thru 11 inch. What is the value of this set. Also have the set of mason jars all with blue markings and without any damaged. Thanks Jim

Answer: Jim, the sets of sponge-ware bowls are down some. Also, the value will depend on how dark and even the sponging. Price can range on a set of 5" through 11" anywhere from $1000 to $1500 if in mint condition. The mason fruit jars (1, 1/2 gal & qt) in blue ink and mint condition will vary also depending on how well marked and how clear the stencilling. $1200 to $1500. Al Kohlman
