Minnesota Stoneware Co. Brown top jug

Question:
Hi, could you please help me out with the value of this jug. It says Minnesota Stoneware Co. Red Wing Minn on the bottom. I’m not sure what size it is, but it is 10" from top to bottom, and 23" around. It has a couple of small chips. Thanks, Lori

RedWing Stoneware, bottom marked, crock

Question:
Hi, I recently bought a crock at an auction. It’s hard to read, but on the bottom I believe it says Red Wing Stoneware (I can faintly see the W in ware, but not really the a-r-e). The letters are about 1/2" in size, and not very uniform. The crock is about 6" high, and 9.5" across the top. It is glazed (not very evenly). There are a couple of hairline cracks on the bottom of the inside about 3" long each. The rest of the crock is in nice shape. Again it’s hard to read but I believe that’s what is says (or what I want it to say LOL), and I do not see any other markings. Sorry if the picture isn’t the best, my camera isn’t very good. Any info. you can give me is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Lori Sander

4 gallon salt glaze crock

Question:
Bought this old crock at an estate sale this weekend. I have no idea of the age, maker, or value. It’s a 4 gallon, cobolt markings on the handles, and a simple pattern, in cobolt, below the 4. No makers marks. It’s definately salt glazed and you can tell that either it was not properly glazed or the salt has eaten through (?). Can you tell me the maker, age and if it has any value. Inside is slipped with a dark, lustery (sparkly) brown, almost black. Has a distinct band around outside of crock, and the inside is not smooth, rather it’s ribbed from top to bottom. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Heidi
