Hi, These jugs were recently unearthed from a dig site from the great Chicago fire dump site. I have not cleaned them. All are 1/2 gallon in size. One has a chip. The rest do not. The brown top fancy jug reads "Samuel Myers & co., estab. 1847 (stenciled in blue print)", "Old Rose" bottom signed, "Minnesota stoneware co. R.W. Minn", "The National Wine & Liquer Co.", "Samuel Stein & Co", 2 jugs are "From Ernest Gruener" The one Gruener jug with the round adv. emblem is bottom signed "RWSCo". Are the none bottom signed jugs Redwing? Hopefully Value of all jugs? Rarity? Any info is appreciated. Thank you Allen

I’m trying to find a value and if it’s a little rare,on my Red Wing 8 Gallon 2 Birch Leaf Crock,it has applied stoneware style handles,not wire and wood handles.And it is marked with 8,two birch leaves and 2 1/2"oval with,Union Stoneware Co,Red Wing,MINN(all in blue).It has no hairlines or cracks,and is very clean(real nice one)with one close to a quarter size chip in the very back bottom,thin old chip.The reason I’m asking,I’ve looked in all my books and can’t find that size in the Birch Leaves,and I couldn’t find it on a internet search,and this site kept popping up in my searches.I would appreciate any information you have on this item.I didn’t include a picture,because I believe I described it well and accurate.
