20 gallon double birch leaf crock
Question:
have a 20 gallon Union Stoneware crock that has a hairline crack running from top to almost the bottom. Can you tell me the value with the damage, it is part of my grandma’s estate and I believe it is priced too high (they had it at $250, I have not paid that yet; I will wait for your reply). Except for the crack, there is no other damage. There is another crock that is also a 20 gallon, but has no other identification other than the ’20′ on it. It is taller than my Union crock, and the inside glaze is a dark brown. Any ideas? I have this 20 gal Union Stoneware double birch leaves crock. It has a hairline crack on the side going from top to about 2/3 down. I would like to know estimate of value. Thank you very much. Roberta
