4 Gallon Large wing jug
Question:
I have several jugs that I inherited. Several of which are easily noted as Red Wing by their markings. I just want to know a little about them. I want to be able to date them. I enclose this picture of a 4 gallon jug with a 4" Red Wing. Second picture shows the chip and crack on the rim and handle. Can you tell me the approximate time period that this jug was made? Thank you, Susan Holley,

Red Wing Pitcher
Question:
I acquired this little (3 1/2" tall) pitcher years back. I put it down and went back to it 3 times before I just happened to get the right angle of sunlight on it to see RED WING stamped on the bottom. It is nearly obscured by the glaze. I’ve been calling it saffronware but I\’m not sure. BTW, I paid 50 cents for it… If you can help, I’d appreciate it. Thank you.
8 Gallon Large Wing Crock
Question:
Hi, these two Red Wing crocks have been in my family for many years. I\’m not looking to sell them, but am interested in their value. As you can see, the 10 gal. crock has the patent date of Dec.21,1915. The handles are original. The 8 gal. crock has no patent date or handles. The wings on both crocks are 4 inches. They are also both in great shape with no chips or cracks. Unfortunatly, I do not have the lids for either of them. I would really appreciate any insight into their value. Sincerely, Craig Cull

Red Wing green Incised Peasent bowl
Question:
Hello, I have a green incised peasant bowl. (I know that because I found a white bowl identical to mine on your website!). Mine has more original paint, but is not perfect. It is in very good shape. It is about 11" across. Stands 3.25" tall. There is red, yellow, black and flesh color paint on most of the figures. Most of the paint is gone from the flowers. The glaze is bright and shiny. There are no chips. I have had it for 20 or so years. Can you tell me anything about it and what the value of it might be? Sorry I have no phot of it. Thank you for having such a wonderful informative website.

Country Garden Celery Dish
Question:
I found this piece while shopping at Goodwill today. I picked it up thinking it was a pretty piece and nearly dropped it when I saw the Red Wing emblem on the bottom. This piece has lovely blue and pink flowers. The plate itself is textured, appearing to have a weave pattern. I checked the web site and think it is a Country Garden Celery Plate. It has what appears to be a small nick on one end and two to three chips on the end. Other than my intrinsic excitely at finding this piece, does it have any value to a collector?

Continental Buffet Creamer and Sugar Bowl
Question:
Hi, I found these two pieces and wondered if I could get some more information on them please. The lid for what I am guessing is the sugar bowl is made of metal, and is rather heavy. The little pitcher which I think is a creamer matches the sugar bowl. They are marked Red Wing USA but no number is on either of them. Thank u for any help. Shannon
