What is the value of this 8 gallon Red Wing Crock in very good condition with NO cracks or repairs. There are a few minor chips on the very bottom but nothing major. There is no lid. It has a 6 inch wing. Thank you David

Answer: David, the 6 inch wing is much more prized by the collectors than the smaller 4 1/2" wing. However, many collectors would like to add mint pieces to their collections so even though the chips may be small, they will have an effect on the price. Also how clear and dark the decorations on the piece dictates the price as well. With your crock (cleaned up) I would place a value of $150 on what I can see. Al Kohlman
