I have a green scalloped dish on a pedistal. It is marked RED WING USA 691 it has one small chip on the lip but the rest is in good shape. What is the estimated value of this piece? Matt Johnston

Your compote is from 1960. The chip will hurt the value quite a bit. With the chip maybe around 15.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose

5 gallon large wing bail handeled crock

Question:
I have a 5 gal. 1915 patent marking large wing crock. The wing is above the 5 and the oval is on the bottom. The crock used to have metal handles but theve rusted out for the most part. I have been in a lot of antique stores but have never seen another crock with the wing on top. Is this rare or does it add much value? Mitch

I have 3 brown pitchers that are possibly North Star Grape Trellis pitchers. All are 4 7/8" across top & 9 1/4" top to bottom. 1)high gloss glaze brown with gray interior bottom brown with raised star. 2)dull brown inside & out white bottom with raised star. 3)high gloss glaze brown with gray interior brown bottom raised star. I have a M1441, which matches your description. Sometimes the numbers are pretty hard to read. It’s from around 1954, designed by charles murphy. It has a value of around 40.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose

Platter with Red Wing sticker and painting

Question:
I found this very beautiful platter a while back and my boyfriend had noticed it had a red wing art sticker on the back. I’ve never seen red wing have anything like this and have no idea how to research it. I would like to know as much about it as I can learn. Thank you so much for your time. It’s between 16"-18" in diameter and weighs quite a bit. There’s a silver sticker on the back that says Red wing art pottery. There are no chips.
