Red Wing 278 console bowl

Question:
Around what year were these produced? What exactly is it: bowl or planter? It is numbered 278 at the bottom. There is either a 3/16in. ‘glaze pop’ or a kiln kiss/flaw that is about an inch from the bottom. Does that make the piece not worth anything or worth little to a collector? I have 2 more photos. Thanks Marti

Answer: Marti

this shape was made for many years, from the glaze it looks to be from the 40′s timeframe. same as before, minor flaw, value around 15.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose
