30 gallon crock

Question:
My great grandmother left her Red Wing 30 Gal. Crock to me and I feel like it has to be worth something. It is missing a handle and has a small hair crack. There is a green stamp by the handle to the right in the picture that dates 1915. I am trying to determine whether to use it for something or protect & save it for my kids. If it’s not to much trouble, could you share with me what it might be worth? Thank you.

6 gallon elephant ear crock

Question:
Hi Al, I have recently acquired a 6 gallon Red Wing Elephant Ear crock. It’s in great condition. It does have two small dings or gouges on the outside. They are about 1 inch long but are not very deep. They are off two the side and not noticeable when the crock is displayed. The top rim has a small ¼ inch shallow chip. Both handles are chip free which I find hard to come by. It has the 2 ½ inch “Union” oval. Can you tell me the production date and the approximate value. Thanks, Chris Hetrick

5 gallon Red Wing Watercooler with lid

Question:
Hi Al. I have recently acquired a 5 gallon Red Wing water cooler. It looks beautiful but unfortunately has a crack on the inside bottom edge. The crack barely shows on the outside. It also has a very small and barely noticeable hairline on the outside. No chips anywhere that I can see. The oval is 1 ¾ wide and say Red Wing Potteries. The wing is the smaller 2 ¼ size. It does have the original spigot that appears functional. It came with a lid, but it’s not the standard water cooler lid and I don’t believe it’s a Red Wing. The lid does have two hairline cracks that run from the edge about 3 inches toward the center. Can you tell me the date of production and the approximate value of the water cooler? And what about the lid? Thanks, Chris H.

P.S. I have a couple of crocks I will be emailing you on. Thanks for the help!
