12 gallon large wing bail handled crock
Question:
We have a crock that has the wing on the front, the Red Wing stamp below it and under one of the handles it has Patented Dec 21 1915. It is in pretty good condition with some minor chips. I was just wondering what it may be worth. We have another one in the garage but I cannot get at it to describe it. They are from my wife’s grandfather. It’s about 17"high and 16" wide.

Red Wing Beater Jar
Question:
I have an old Red Wing beater jar passed down in my family. It is about 5" by 5", no cracks or chips. Has the blue lines encircling the jar at the top and bottom, and printing on one side only, "RED WING BEATER JAR EGGS-CREAM-SALAD DRESSING". I noticed all of the others I have seen of these have advertising on the other side…does the lack of advertising have any effect on value? Thanks Tom

Blue and whte cherry band ptcher with Iowa advertising
Question:
Al, I have an opportunity to purchase a blue/white Cherryband pitcher with advertising. It advertises an Iowa Co. selling general merchandise. I’ve learned to pass up items that I’m not familiar with, but I think this piece is authentic. I don’t have a photo yet. Can you tell me how popular these are with collectors in a soft market? Looks like a nice piece but how much are they really worth in current prices? Or any general info on Cherryband? Thanks.
