Brittany dinnerware serving pieces

Question:
When my husband’s grandfather passed away we were given a set of pottery. Pictures are attached and the bottom stamp is quite faded, but says "Red Wing Pottery" and "Hand Painted." The teapot is 6-1/2 to 7" tall and the S&P shakers are just over 2". The attached picture shows all the pieces I have. Do you know the history or age of this group of items and what they might be worth? Thanks Terri

Smart Set items

Question:
Just wondering what I can sell the 19" oval PLATTER with burner stand in "Smart Set" for? Excellent condition. Also, the 23-3/4" BREAD TRAY with one tiny chip on the edge? And the 4 qt. casserole with black lid with a tiny chip on the finial? Otherwise, all pieces are in excellent condition with no crazing or cuts and very little usage. I have the lovely LARGE PITCHER (112 oz) with a medium chip on the handle (doesn’t show when displayed facing left) and tiny chip on the top edge. Don’t know if I can add more photos, but will send it of the pitcher if requested. All "SMART SET" pieces. Thanks! ACE

Blossom Time yellow

Question:
Hello, I recently purchased a dinnerware lot of Red Wing Blossom Time in yellow. From what I have read, they either did not produce this long or there wasn’t much demand for this color. I would like to resell these but at a fair price, all pieces are in good to excellent condition, this consists of:
9 Dinner plates
8 Lunch/Salad plates
14 Bread/Butter plates
7 Soup bowls
1 Cereal bowl
4 Berry bowls
8 Cup/Saucer sets
Cream & Sugar w/lid
Butter dish
Gravy Boat
1 Platter
1 3-section Relish/Serving dish

Again, I would like to move these so I am not looking to sell at list prices. Thanks in advance for your help! =) Sammy

Storing Advice for Dinnerware and Art Pottery

Question:
Dear Red Wing Collectors, My mother, who was a memeber of the Red Wing Society, recently passed away. She had a large collection of Red Wing dinnerware, artware, and some stoneware. We are considering temporarily packing it into boxes and storing it in an empty metal grain bin. It would be secure and dry, but we are unsure if the heat and cold in the midwest would damage it. It could get over 100 degrees and as low as -5 degrees. It would probably be stored until next fall. Any advice you can give us will be greatly appreciated. Also, does the Red Wing Society have a list of auctioneers who specialize in Red Wing? Our knowledge of Red Wing is limited and we are lost, in more ways than one. Again, we need advise and would greatly appreciate any you might offer. Sincerely, Brenda

Tampico pitcher and two bowls

Question:
3 pc Pitcher, large serving bowl, small bowl with a piece of watermelon on each and some brown leaves, and a bottle. the large bowl you can see has a small chip in it. Please let me know an approximate value. Thank You. The other bowls on the left are not Redwing. Not sure what they are. There’s no marking on them, so just ignore those. Just happened to take a picture of both.

Bob White water jar stands

Question:
Larry–It would appear that the Bob White water jar’s stand was discontinued at some point during the pattern’s production span while the water jar itself continued in production until the factory closed. When was the stand discontinued? Also there were two variations of the stand. Which variant came first and when was it changed to the second variant? Thanks. Jim
