Question:
We move a lot. As a military family our last move was from Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM to Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, AL. Our loss is a RW Saffron #10 Bowl broken during packing by the packers. They did the right thing and brought it to my attention. The bowl was in great shape with no damage, nice details and great color. Now I need to file a claim and my books do not include this size. Please help with an quote. Thank you.
Answer: Sorry to hear about the bowl being damaged. Your 10" Saffron bowl is valued at $100. Al Kohlman

Curious about the age and value of this pair of Red Wing vases. They are about 15\" tall, and 6 3/4\" wide at the handle. They are ink stamped with the company name and have molded number 157 in the bottom. They are dark, teal green and have bellflowers raised in the mold and white against the green. Two handles flush with the opening of the top. Mottled green and ivory shoulder between the top and bottom of the handles. They are tapered and faceted. Imperfections in the glaze and color where the design appears to end and begin again. Many thanks.
