Red Wing 922 pitchers
Question:
Hello! I recently purchased 2 matching red wing pitchers at an estate sale. The owner is 88 yrs old and is moving into assisted living. She said that she had owned the pitchers "as long as she could remember" but could not tell me any more about them. I have attached a piture. They are a beautiful yellow with green interior, about 10 inches tall, and are marked on the bottom "922 Red Wing". They are in immaculate condition. Can you tell me the pattern name, how old they are, and how much they are worth? Any other information you have would be appreciated. Thank you! Deborah
Answer: Hi Deborah, your pitchers are from 1939. They don’t belong to any particular "pattern", but belong to Belle Kogan’s 100 line. Value is around 60.00 each. thanks, steve n rose
Bob White values
Question:
Hi. My husband’s grandmother had a bunch of Bob White Dinnerware. We’re looking to sell some of the more unique pieces and would like to know the value as to how to list them. They are the following: All Bob White.
1. Two-gallon water cooler with lid, base and spigot. All MINT condition. No cracks, stains, simply beautiful. Never used.
2. 24 inch bread tray.
3. Salad serving bowl. 1st generation. This HAS the recessed bottom…the one before RW figured it was hard to wash so they filled it in.
4. Butter warmer with copper burner(lid too).
5. Split oval vegetable servers.
6. 3 part relish trays.
I think that’s about it for the values that we can’t find. Are the classifieds on this site a good way to sell these? Just curious. Thanks so much! Rachel
