Red Wing 1785 vase

Question:
I have a vase that is pink on the inside and light to medium blue on the outside. On the bottom of the vase it reads "Red Wing" Sorry, I am not in front of it right now, so from memory it also has a number which I think is 1785. It is in excellent condition and I remember it being in the cellar of the house I grew up in for as long as I can remember. Wondering its value. Thank you. Kathleen

Answer; This number doesn’t work with anything I have. Please email a photo to director@redwingcollectors.org  thanks, steve n rose

Provincial pattern dinner plate, orange

Question:
I’ve got twelve of these pieces. I’ve looked around and I’ve seen that they are bean pot trays according to some and also sold as plates in the Village Green set. They are roughly 8.24" wide (10" to the outside of the handles). The only marking is Red Wing USA on the bottom of each piece. What might they be worth and do I have 12 bean pot trays or a set of plates? Eric

Question:
I just started collecting Red wing crocks last summer. I want to eventually have one of every open crock they made. I can’t find a 1 gallon with a Red wing on it, are they rare? Also, I’m beginning to think they never made a 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17 18, 19. I have the rest already. Please let me know if I’m complete as far as 1-20… Thank you. Dave

Minnesota Stoneware one gallon crock, bottom marked

Question:
I recently purchased this 1 gal. crock from a local antique shop for $25. (The darker glaze appeals to me.) I was surprised to see the logo, "Minnesota Stoneware Co. Red Wing Minn." on the bottom. Through online research, I learned that Red Wing Union and Minnesota Stoneware companies merged, possibly in 1906. To my untrained eye, the crock is in good condition: normal wear-and-tear, but no major/structural faults. Are you able to tell me more about this crock? Did I pay a fair price (I feel that perhaps I underpaid)? Thank you.

Red Wing 1324 Magnolia Line candle holder, 975 vase

Question:
I have a set of candel holders. Creme in collered. Rose motif /3 dimensional. Says Redwing USA with the number 1324. I also have a squaty flower vase that goes with this. Same creme color with the 3 dimensional rose motif. This vase has the number 975 on the bottom with Redwing and USa also. I will be 60 in a month and I can remember my mother using these when I was 5. How old are these and what is their value? None have any chips or anything wrong with them. They’re in excellant condition. Awaiting your reply. Thank you, Cyndy Goette Sorry, do not know ow to put a picture on the web.

Answer: Hi Cyndy

No pic necessary, your candleholders date to 1947, part of the magnolia line of that year. Value for the pair is around 60.00. The 975 vase is from around the same timeframe, value on it is around 40.00. thanks, steve n rose
