Provincial pattern dinner plate, orange
Question:
I’ve got twelve of these pieces. I’ve looked around and I’ve seen that they are bean pot trays according to some and also sold as plates in the Village Green set. They are roughly 8.24" wide (10" to the outside of the handles). The only marking is Red Wing USA on the bottom of each piece. What might they be worth and do I have 12 bean pot trays or a set of plates? Eric

Chef Pierre Cookie jar – follow up question
Question:
Larry, I was the one who just wrote last week inquiring about my chef pierre. It was the teal colored one. You replied back and considered it fleck blue nile. Question…. Where there different shades of the fleck blue nile? I was looking thru some Red Wing books with pottery that had the fleck blue nile and they look different, alot more blue. I was just wondering if it came in different shades? I attached a picture again so you can remember the original question. Thanks for your time again. :) Debby

Chef Pierre cookie jars: blue fleck, blue and green
Question:
I have a Chef Pierre that we can’t figure out the color of. It is speckled teal to me. It is not green or blue. I was wondering what the true color name is and how rare and it’s estimated value. In 1987 my mom pd $1.25 at a rummage sale. It is engraved with Red Wing USA on the bottom and is in excellent condition except a tiny chip on the end of his toe less then a 1/4 in. long. I thank you for your time in advance. It will be the teal one in the pic. Debby
