Hi, years ago my mother got a tall pitcher from a sale. It is cream color, little over a foot high and has images of old planes, cars, etc. I had once heard that this was made in honor of the World’s Fair. My mother passed in 1976 and I just hung onto it. There are no damages except more of a "crackling" in the glaze. Is this piece of value? Thank you! Cathy

I just bought this crock and was wondering if you knew the make, year range and possible value? It has a 10 with a design under it that looks like a bee sting design. This was my great grandmothers jug. It appears to be in excellent condition, no sign of chips or cracks. It has a number 5 on it, has the red wing symbol and says "Red Wing Union Stoneware Co Red Wing, Minn." Our church has a 5 gallon Red Wing water cooler with what appears to be the original lid. The lid has a "chip" on the edge about the size of a quarter. There are no other cracks. Both handles are fine. A date has been painted on the front of it. We are in need of funds to build a new community building and would be interested in sell this water cooler.
