Hello I have a Red Wing 8 gallon Water Cooler it has no top no handles it has a small crack in the bottom that was repaired. Water spicket is loose & needs to be tightened. The missing handles & loose spigot is no big deal as you can tighten the spigot and get replacement handles. However, that crack in the bottom is a big deal and this is why the value is quite low.
