Hello: Thanks for taking my question. I bought this jug at an auction the reason was because of the star on the bottom not sure what it means? Or the value of this item was wondering if you could tell me a little history. Its a 1 gallon bottom signed jug. There is one small chip ¼ inch in diameter on the top of the rim, some manufacturing defects around the sides, some small chips on the side and along the bottom base. Thanks again

I recently purchased a vase that says Red Wing on the bottom #1357. The exterior is cream and the interior is a pale green. The base of the vase has overlapping leaves/ivy pattern. 20 lb Butter Crock

What is the age and value of my 20 lb butter crock. There is no wing, but the bottom is marked Red Wing and I can not make out the rest. It apprears very old. It measures almost 6" high by 9-1/2" on top and 9" wide on bottom. One small surface chip on side at the bottom. Thank You, Joan
