Question:
How valuable is the red wing pottery dinnerware, Tampico design? I have many pieces and was just wondering if there was a value at all

Answer:

Tampico was introduced in the mid-1950s and continued in production until the pottery closed in 1967. Tampico was one of Red Wing’s best selling dinnerware patterns and it continues to be popular with collectors today. Pieces in excellent condition definitely have value. As is true with any pattern, common serving pieces have less value while hard to find accessory pieces are worth considerably more. Chips, cracks and other damage will significantly reduce the value.
