Steve & Rose: The #735 Pitcher in a previous question is actually dinnerware. It is the Swirl Pitcher from the Gypsy Trail Plain Pattern. I don’t have my books here at work but you can get a value from Ray’s dinnerware book.

Brush ware pot

I picked this up at a yard sale today. It is stamped Red Wing Union Stoneware Co. It has one small chip on one of the handles. I have looked on line and found everything but this one of course. Can you give me a value? Thanks, Malisa

Answer: Malisa, this is shape 149, brushed ware. From the early thirties. Value is around 45.00 or so with the chip. still a nice find! thanks, steve n rose

Vase

Question:
My husband purchased this vase for me at a flea market. It is so unusual but I can’t find out anything about it. No markings that i can see. It is a tree stump with roots. One side is glazed bronze and the other side is a rougher texture and looks like bark. Thanks, Malisa

Fruit Pattern

Question:
I have 4 dinnerware plates, 1 soup bowl with handle, 1 oblong plate, one sugar dish with a handle on each side, 1 creamer with long spout and a double square bowl with divider in middle. Color is pink with fruit. Pear(yellow) on left side, apple(rose) on right and grapes(purple) above apple and yellow flowers with green leaves above pear. A number 3 is on the back of soup bowl.
