I picked this bowl up probably 15 years ago at an antique store. It measures 8" across and has two white bands on the exterior. The bottom is marked GPCD or GPCO and USA. It weighs probably twice as much as my yelloware bowls of the same size. What type of bowl is this and do you know the manufacturer? Thank you for your time

I have a 6 gallon Elephant Ear crock. It has a crack 4 inches long from the bottom upwards that goes thru to the inside. There is also a small chip at the bottom rim where the crack starts.
