4 gallon crock, Macomb Pottery

Question:
My husband and I found this beautiful salt-glazed 4-gal. crock recently. Its 12" tall and 10-1/3" across the top – great condition, color and texture. Rings seen inside, some reverse spattering of brown slip glaze inside, too. Can you tell me if its Red Wing or possibly Macomb Pottery? We’ve been told its either one or the other???? Thanks! Carol
