I have some family pieces with the red wing pottery logo on it. I believe it is stoneware. there is a pitcher, platter, large bowl, sugar bowl. tea kettle, and saucepan with lid. they are all hand painted with green leaves, red, blue and yellow flowers. There is also s set of 5 large medium and small plates not pictured but with the same pattern
We have a cooler? that was used by my wifes grandmother in a one room schoolhouse. We can not find any marks on the stoneware other then a indent near the pipe on the left side. On the metal part attached to the basin is "Smithe System HTR Co." Do you have a idea who made this? Thanks for any help you can provide us. Donald
Hi – i’m hoping you can tell me a little about this piece i have. I have searched the web and can’t find another one like it, so it makes me wonder if it is a real red wing. the # is 913, its an indian, i don’t know what. if it is red wing maybe you could tell me what you think the value is. Thanks!
I have found this at an estate sale. Can you tell me the pattern or group to list it in? It looks like bananas to me! It measures around 9" tall. It is a pale blue green color w/ shiny glaze. Thanks so much for any help you can offer. gloria
