Pitcher with yellow outside, brown inside

Question:
How old is this vase? How much money do you think it is worth? Description: Yellow outside with brown specks, light seafoam green inside with brown specks, hollow handle, one small crack inside close to handle. The whole thing inside and out is a glaze finish and it is about 10 inches tall.

Orleans group

Question:
I have some family pieces with the red wing pottery logo on it. I believe it is stoneware. there is a pitcher, platter, large bowl, sugar bowl. tea kettle, and saucepan with lid. they are all hand painted with green leaves, red, blue and yellow flowers. There is also s set of 5 large medium and small plates not pictured but with the same pattern

Smithe System HTR Co. water cooler with fount

Question:
We have a cooler? that was used by my wifes grandmother in a one room schoolhouse. We can not find any marks on the stoneware other then a indent near the pipe on the left side. On the metal part attached to the basin is "Smithe System HTR Co." Do you have a idea who made this? Thanks for any help you can provide us. Donald

Red Wing 913 tiki figural

Question:
Hi – i’m hoping you can tell me a little about this piece i have. I have searched the web and can’t find another one like it, so it makes me wonder if it is a real red wing. the # is 913, its an indian, i don’t know what. if it is red wing maybe you could tell me what you think the value is. Thanks!

Answer: It is red wing. part of the bronze line, circa 1965. this one looks to have been painted gold sometime in it’s life. The paint can be stripped off if you like. I believe it’s a candleholder. Value is around 85.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose

John BasterLTD Jug

Question:
I have a very large jug w/cork..about 20 gals. On the front of this stoneware jug is the name:JOHN BAXTER LTD with WATTERFOOT under the title. I found out this was a brewery in England, however, I cannot find anything about the large stoneware jug. I will send a pic later if you are interested. This jug is in perfect condition, brown with glaze on the top to middle. It has been in my family forever and I got it after my father died. Thanks, Barbara Swaim

Cookie jar shaped like banana bunch

I have found this at an estate sale. Can you tell me the pattern or group to list it in? It looks like bananas to me! It measures around 9" tall. It is a pale blue green color w/ shiny glaze. Thanks so much for any help you can offer. gloria

Concord Line Divided Vegetable Dish

Question:
I have a dinnerware peice that looks like a 2 section vegetable bowl. The peice is 11 1/4 in. long 6 3/4 in wide 2 inches deep. Sectioned into two. Looks like one large white flower (maybe a rose) with light green leaves in each section. I can’t make out what it says under the words red wing in between the red wing logo. Then it say 2 (wierd symbol) 3. I found it in my Grandmothers house after she passed away. Curious of the value.

Shell Shaped Ashtrays

Question:
Thank you for the assistance. I have two shell shaped ash trays in the orange glaze color. They were used at one time I’m sure but are in very good condition with only one small chip on one of them. I have seen a green one on E-Bay but can’t find the orange ones anywhere. Thank you again. JIm
