Question:
I have the only two red wing pottery shot glasses to exist in the history of Red Wing pottery. They were made in the last ten yrs by special request. They actual pottery and not glass. They are both stamped with the red wing emblem on the side and the official Stamp on bottom. They are also numbered. The first one was stamped 000 because he didn’t like it the second one was stamped 001 and then the mold broken. He said they would never make another again. They are roughly 1 and 1/2 inches tall and 1inch across. I am wondering What a rough value if any they might have. Thank you for your time. I can send pictures later right now these Items are in storage and well wrapped.

brushed ware vase, shape 130
Question:
Hello, I have had this impressive piece of Red Wing pottery for nearly 20 years. I am a collector of many things, not necessarily Red Wing, but a dealer or two has tried over the years to purchase this from me. :) Anyway, I have been able to find no info on it, but if anyone will know… you guys will! Can you shed some light on it please? It stands about 10 3/4" tall Is about 6 1/2 " at it’s widest point And the outside of mouth is about 4 1/2" wide. The Bottom is stamped "Red Wing Union Stoneware Co. Red Wing, Minn … inside of a circle. The inside is a lovely high green glaze (matching what you can see at the mouth)and the motif seems to be almost Asian in style. I can send more photos if you would like. Thanks very much! Dan
Answer: Hi Dan
this is shape #133, from around 1930. It’s part of the brushed ware line. there are 3 sizes, this being in the middle. Value is around 90.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose
