Design No 1, planter

Question:
I recently got what I believe is a planter when my grandfather died. I was told it was a Red Wing piece, but it does not have a red wing stamp. I tried to get my photos on here, but I am having troubles so bear with me. It is a cream colored planter. It is in the shape of the bust of a female. The plant goes in through a hole in the top back of the head. The female has shoulder length hair with a light wave. There is a bow or hair clip of some sort on the right side of her hair. The paint has worn off of the hair piece as well as her shoulder which has a pink sleeve. Her eyes are looking up. They are blue and she has long eyelashes. Her lips are the same pink as her bow and sleeve. She also has large blue pearls around her neck. The planter is slightly taller than the length of my hand. The the bottom of the inside is stamped with "Design No 1" and "U.S.A" in a cursive font. The stamp can be seen in reverse on the outer bottom. If you have any info about this piece please let me know. I love this piece whether or not it is Red Wing, but it would be nice to know one way or another.
