1965 Win Twins Ashtray

i think this is a 1965 red wing ashtray. what is the value ? there is no damage other than the upper left fleabite and the 3 glazing spots on the bottom. thanks

Pink Violin M 1484

Red Wing B2509A, Parrots vase from Deluxe line

Question:
I have – what I would call a vase of an odd shape in a brown or bronze moddled finish. The bottom says Red Wing USA B2509A I have been unable to find anything on this- it is kind of scalloped on one side on top and indented in a semi circle on the other side of the top?

Answer:
Reed, The Parrots with vase are part of the Deluxe Line, circa 1951. They were designed by Belle Kogan, one of Red Wing’s more prominent designers. The Parrots are #B2509. The glaze is most likely Ming Green. As a set their value is around 125.00. Hope this helps, thanks, Steve n Rose

Brushed Ware Oak leaf vase

Question:
I moved into an old farm house about 15 years ago and just ran accross a piece of potery with a blue /bluegreen finish,about 7 inches tall ,rounded bellytype body,with a 4inch mouth with stuby handles either side of the neck. The inside appears glazed while the outside appears brushed with oak leaves and acorns imprints. The stamp on the bottom is round with red wing at the top,union below that stoneware below that then co below that, then redwing minn below that

Red Wing Vase 951

HI! have an ivory vase Redwing 951 with stylized tulip and scroll handles at very top of rim. i’ve been searching your WONDERFUL insightful site, but to no avail. can give any info? like to be informed of my items. also, are there other marks to tell early redwing BESIDES ‘redwing’? Answer: Hi Kim, this one is from 1939. Most likely designed by Belle Kogan. Value around 35.00 or so. Earlier items from the late 20′s-early 30′s are marked with an ink stamp. There are several different styles of Red Wing/Rum Rill markings, but no clear pattern as to age. thanks, steve n rose

i have a piece of pottery a small green vase 3 1/2 inchs tall and 2 inchs accross bottom of it it has weird markings on bottom .someone said it was a pisgah forest ive never herd of that any way also its weird like it has a piece of clay sticking out of bottom and some glaze on bottom by marking maybe its a messed up piece any help would be great thanks donna in fl age,maker,value

Red Wing 278

Question:
I have a light blue, tulip-shaped bowl with a light pink interior, about 9 in. diameter and 3.5 in. deep. The bottom says "278 Red Wing U.S.A." it has a glaze finish and is in excellent condition. Does anyone have an idea as to its worth? Sorry, I don’t have a photo right now.
