Hello. I purchased this pie plate because I think it is a nice looking piece. I only pd. $18.00 I don’t believe it is old even though it has crazing and wear on the bottom and inside but just thought I would send it for your appraisal. Did Red Wing ever make pie plates such as this? Thanks, Gary

ANswer: Gary, from what I can see of your piece, I don’t think it is Red Wing. Red Wing did make a sponge baking dish that is close to yours. With your photo, I just cannot see enough of the side to tell if it is Red Wing. The sponging looks correct, but the sides do not. If you could send me a different photo of the side, it would be helpful. Al Kohlman
