I have recently purchased my second mason jar crock. There are a few differences between them. Height,color of glaze,color of clay,and the way they are stamped on the bottom. Does this mean one is a reproduction or just different time periods of production. Thank you for all the help over the years with our collection questions.

Answer: Your Red Wing Mason jars are not reproductions but were either produce by a different potters or like you mention, a different time period. Nice little set! Al Kohlman
