I have a vase handed down to me by my Grandmother. It has the markings on the bottom saying Red Wing USA B1418A. The vase has two pieces. The larger part in a nice dark green and the smaller piece fits into the front side of the larger piece and is colored light cream.
Answer: Your two piece planter is from around 1952. The larger piece is #B1418, and they are a set. The glaze is most likely woodland green/luster yellow. Value is around $50-$55 for the pair. thanks steve n rose
