Question:
I have a zink glazed 20 gallon Red Wing crock with the brown Red Wing Emblem enblazed on the side. The crock is in mint condition with no cracks or chip marks. I have had the crock for approximately 30-32 years. I don’t know the age of the crock. Could one of your experts please provide a rough estimate of it’s value? I also have a 15 gallon zinc glazed crock with a picture of a blue crown emblazoned on the side. I also have the center knob crock cover for it. I’m not sure if the crock and cover were manufactured by Red Wing. The crock and cover are also in mint condition without any cracks or chip marks. I have had this crock for approximately 30+ years. I have some additional information on the description of the 20 gallon Red Wing crock which I sent in a previous e-mail a few minutes ago. I consulted your page on the different type of emblems which appeared on the Red Wing crocks and determined that the top horizontal line on this crock begins under the letter"E" in "Red Wing". Given this emblem I assume the crock was manufactured sometime during the 1930s.
Would you please give my an approximate value of my 12 gal. Redwing crock. The handles are missing and there are no cracks. Becky
I have a 10 gal. Redwing crock with no handles and seems to be in pretty good condition. No cracks. Also have a 6 gal. with wood/wire handles. Crock has no cracks, but one wire handle is is only partially attached. Would you please give an approximate value of each. Thank you. Becky
After reading an article in the DSM register my husband looked at the crock given to him by his dad. We have no idea if it’s anything of value. Size 10 inches across and 101/2 inches tall good condition no chips Judith

This piece has been in the family for quite a while and was wondering how much it could be worth and to know some to the history of it. There is also another piece that we have that has a number 12 on it just below the rim. Jessie
