i have a 5 gallon water cooler that is salt glazed. it is the lazy eight and has two chips on the inside rim and two chips on the bottom of it, it also has a crack all the way down the side that is between the 5 and the right hand handle. it is marked red wing with a stamp above the spout. What is this thing worth? Thank you Michael
I found this in a shed at my mothers house. I noticed it does have a Redwing mark. I have looked on the internet and I have had no luck. Do you know what this is and when it was made? Thanks, Carol
Al, thank you for confirming my thoughts on my brown jug being Redwing. Could you please elaborate on detail, what it may have been used for, proper name of the jug? And what it’s value is? We have other RW crocks & jugs but I thought brown jugs were worth a little more?
