Red Wing 840 bowl

Question:
I have an oval teal exterior footed vase with a light green interior. It has a pedistal and is 10 1/4" long by 8" wide. There is ribbing on the underside of the bowl part of the vase. It says Red Wing USA on the bottom. The number is hard to read as it has a pottery kiln resting spot on the number. It looks like the number could be 840 or something like that. Can you give me an idea of it’s value. Thank you. Elaine

Answer: Hi Elaine, your bowl is part of the Belle line, from 1963. The glaze is called Peacock Blue. Value is aorund 20.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose
