Question:
I have a Redwing wine decanter, about 11" tall and 10" in diameter at the bottom. Marked Redwing, USA, #616. Can you tell me how old it is and what it might be worth? Thank you, Jodi.
Answer: Hi Jodi, this is a pitcher from the Vintage group designed by RumRill, circa 1938. Believe it or not, there is a left and right of this piece, this being the left. there maybe an "L" along the number. the glaze is Pompeian. Value is about 85.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose

Hi, I have a green brush ware dish. (I think) About 2" tall, 4" diameter at base, 6" diameter at top. Pretty 1920′s green glaze inside, no glaze outside. Flowers- Daiseys and maybe tulips. Blue stamp on bottom Circle, RED WING UNION STONEWARE CO. RED WING. MINN It’s in good condition, no chips, a little dirt or grime. I’m wondering about the year it was made, and details of pattern name, dish name, and purpose, such as flowers etc. Also, approximate worth. Thanks!!
Can you give me an approximate value on this piece? It is currently on eBay and I am wondering whether I might have set my reserve too high. It is so lovely that I hate to let it go for too little. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=270156257474&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT
Hi Rose n Steve! I have two Red Wing vases that I am curious about. The blue one is marked "Red Wing Pottery 1151" on the bottom, and the green one says "1360 Red Wing USA." They are both in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. The green one does have some age crazing. Any information you can provide on age and value would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
Please assist in dating and guesstimate-valuing my inherited Red Wing stoneware crock. Please see images attached. It has a blue "ski" oval 2 7/8" wide, a red wing approximately 4" long. It is in good condition & has been kept clean always. Thank you so much for your assistance! — Alice, St. Louis Park, MN
I was hoping to find out what the pattern name was on this piece as well as what the type of dish it is was called. I believe it holds eggs. It appears to be in very good condition. It has the red wing marking and a number on the back. I was also wondering what it might be worth. I picked it up today at my local thrift store. Thank you very much for your help.
Hello: I am an activity director in a nursing home. We are working on our annual rummage sale which will be held this Friday, August 24. We found a piece of Red Wing Pottery in a box that was dropped off. I have never seen anything like it – I’m not sure what it’s use is. I’ve attached a photo and we would appreciate if you could help us with this as we feel it has value and want to price it accordingly. There is a small chip on the base. ASAP would be very helpful. Thank you.
Here is the second picture of the 6 gallon jug. It is of the handle.
