Question:
I have been collecting Red Wing pottery since ’94 but, I’m no narrowing down my collection to certain colors and patterns. So, I’m in the process of selling a few of my pieces. One piece I bought about 10 years ago is an oblong bowl, with a corn blue/purple glaze on it. At one time the color was referred to as "hyacinth" and was considered rare. Since i’m trying to sell it, is it considered a rare color and what would be a good selling price? thanks for your help! stephanie ok, i have tried to upload a picture twice, and it doesn’t go through. i think it’s too big. so if i could email it to you seperately that would be great. thanks

Question:
Hello, I have recently acquired a large set of Red Wing Lotus dinnerware and I would like to add on to it. I was wondering if there is some sort of comprehensive list that details all of the pieces made for this particular pattern and where I would find this list? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Lindsay

Round Up Collection

Question:
About 15 years ago, my aunt gave me a set of dinnerware which we have been casually using since then. Today, I just happened to be curious about them and discovered they are Red Wing Round Up. I have 7 11" Round up dinner plates (1 with small chip) numbered 121; all the rest are chuck wagon: 4 8" salad plates numbered 139; 1 6 1/2" saucer #32; one cup no #; 1 6 1/2" Bread plate(?) with a red-winged stamped #33L (I think)it also is thinner than the others with more brown specks; 4 6 1/2" Bread plate(?) #211; 3 small bowls #131; 2 tall salt & pepper shakers; a large platter; relish tray and a small one handle caserole with a little lip/spout & lid; a two handled small casserole with lid. (unfortunately, one handle is broken).I also have a tall lid 3 3/4" tall X 3" wide but not sure what it went to. Except where mentioned, there are no chips or cracks. With that discription, any idea of worth? I can send pictures if you are interested.

See the above question she found her answers, but the next question wants to know about the markings. I thought you would want to see that she did search.

Question:
I am putting a chef pierre cookie jar on ebay and want to include correct information. I was told in the past, the pink speckled color is the rarest and hard to find. This is what I have. It is pink with the tiny speckles and some of the parts, ie, the hat are painted blue. Is my information correct that it is the rarest color? Thank You Mary

Question:
I was wondering if you ever had numbered your questions and answers. I was reading through the many questions, but had to stop. It would have been easier to find where I was if there was a number or date or reference that I could then begin with again. I think the Q and A part of your web site is absolutely wonderful; thank you.
