I have a double-stamped 5 Gallon Red Wing crock, that unfortunately has some cracks around the base. Was it common for the manufacturers to make mistakes, and double-stamp items? Would it be worth the money to have repaired? & whats it worth as is?

Steve & Rose: The #735 Pitcher in a previous question is actually dinnerware. It is the Swirl Pitcher from the Gypsy Trail Plain Pattern. I don’t have my books here at work but you can get a value from Ray’s dinnerware book.
