Sorry forgot one…can you tell by the shape of these jugs if any are Red Wing? What would you say they are worth? Thanks for all of your help – your site is excellent and we appreciate your work!
The third is a 20 gallon salt glaze – nice design – but as you can see there are several large cracks on the back. Still wondering about the value…. Thanks!
The second and third crocks I was hoping you could give me an estimated value on. This one is a nice 10 gallon leaf in nearly perfect condition. Thanks!
Thanks Al! I have three pieces of stoneware for you to look at. The first one is a really nice 5 gallon salt glazed jug with some great turkey droppings. No cracks, a couple chips on the mouth that are under the glaze. Do you think it is Red Wing? What do you think it is worth? Thanks!
Hi there, Can you please give me the rough date and value of this crock? It says Union Stoneware in the oval and on the bottom it has Minnesota Stoneware, Red Wing, in raised letters. Thanks very much! Bob
Hi there – I have a bunch of Red Wings we purchased when we lived in Illinois. Can you tell me the value of this one please? I have others I’ll send too. I thin I have one very rare one at least. Thanks! Bob
