2 gallon Minnesota Stoneware birch leave crock

Question:
I have a 2 gallon crock that has the blue leaves on it as well as the oval stamp but the stamp says Union stoneware Co. Red Wing, Minn. On the bottom it has Minnesota Stoneware Co. Red Wing Minn etched in. There are a couple of chips throughout and a hairline fracture on the bottom inside. I would just like to know more about this piece and what the worth is. Thank you.

5 gallon red wing crock

Question:
I have obtained a 5 gallon crock with a 5 in scroll at the top, and a red wing under that and then an oblong with Red Wing Union Stoneware CO. Red Wing, Minn inside the oblong. Has a shiny glaze look on the outside and inside of the crock. I also have a lid that fits it but it seems to be a different color. Could you give me an estimate on what it is worth….Thank you

Heron Vase, brushed ware

Question:
I have a 10in tall flower vase w/wild turkeys on the side all the way around. It says"Red Wing Union Stonware" on the bottom. It’s is painted green striped on brown w/green inside. It is flawless. I think it is 1906-1936 period. Been in my family since new. I live in Northern Ill.

Answer: Hi, we call it the Heron vase, it is brushed ware, from around 1930. Came in 3 sizes, the 10" is in the middle. Value is around 110.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose

Red Wing fan shaped vases, #892

Question:
I have a couple of pieces of redwing pottery and am interested in what they are worth. I attaching one photo for your perusal. Thank you in advance for your asistance.

Answer: I can see the fan vase, it’s shape #892, made for many years. This one is from the 50′s. Value is around 25.00 or so. If the other is a cookie jar, it looks to be Katrina. She is worth around 100.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose

Piano Planter, M 1525

Question:
Hello, I have a piano by Red Wing and on the bottom it says on the bottom Red Wing USA M- 1525 Can you tell me what that mean and how much is it’s worth? Thanks so much!

Answer: Hello, it’s actually a planter, but you are missing the lid. It was designed in 1956, by Murphy, that is the letter before the number. It also looks to have a chip on the edge, which will hurt the value even more. Price around 30.00. thanks, steve n rose

I have a redwing antique white flamingo standing amidst rushes. The base has small holes all around. The bottom is stamped 1044 redwing usa. It stands about 8 inches high. Curious as to the value. Thanks!

We found these two pieces in my mothers things. The white vase has redwing USA and #413 on the bottom. The yellow bowl has redwing USA and #M1507 on the bottm. Can you tell me if these have any value? Thank you.
