Question:
We have three Red Wing vases, two are pink with gray/black flecks and the other is green with tan/gray flecks. One pink one is stamped #416 and the other is stamped #1632. The green one is stamped M1528. I’m attaching a photo of all three side by side. The gladiola vase is about 12" and the spiral shaped vase is about 8" high. The green vase is about 9" and has a hairline crack on the inside that extends about a third or so of the way down inside and has some small chipping that I tried to catch in the photo. We are wondering what their values are. Thank you.
Answer: Thanks for the pic. these are from the mid fifties, fleck zephyr pink, and fleck green. The glad vase is worth around 65, the swirl 50.00, and the green damaged one maybe 15. thanks, steve n rose

I have a piece that’s been in the family for many years. It’s a 13 1/2" by 8" leaf shaped bowl, glazed in yellow and dark green. Raised flowers on interior, perhaps sunflowers. Marked on bottom Red Wing USA B2012. Has a chip on smaller end and considerable interior crazing & discoloration. Vickie
just bought a red wing pot–it’s abt. 12" tall and has kind of an iridescent amber/purple-y/goldy glaze outside (and just below the neck looks mostly "real" gold color), solid amber color inside. on bottom: RED WING, U.S.A., 918 (3 lines). it doesn’t look particularly old and has some water spots i haven’t figured out how to make disappear. thanks!
