Question:
I have a large cornucopia that has a Red Wing foil label and the number 442 stamped in the bottom. I can’t find it in my book. Where do I find information on this? Thank you!

Rose and Steve, Does the foil add additional value?
it’s a nice addition, but fairly common for Red Wing pieces. I don’t think it has much effect on items. thanks, steve n rose

I am looking for the value of this Redwing crock. It has a chip on the base in the front.
I have two bowls 6 1/2 inches across. One is good like new, the other has a small chip on the rim. Cannot fine the pattern. Thanks Lois
Cobalt Blue (exterior) vase Red Wing U.S.A. 679 on bottom. Excellent condition. The inside is a green/yellowish glaze. Estimated around 12-14 inches high. It looks like it has a two "pointed leaf" pattern that runs vertical with a smaller "leaf" on top of a larger leaf. After about the top 5" inches the vase widens and the second leaf starts. The pattern is around the circumference of the vase at the top and continues about half the height. The bottom half is plain.
Attached please find a picture of a crock we found in a house we purchased in 2007. I tried to research the symbol on the side and found a listing referencing the North Star Stoneware Company. Very interesting history. Wondering if you can identify the symbol – a circle with a star in the middle and a smaller circle within the star and the number 3 within the smaller circle. The crock is half brown on the bottom and a glazed gray(?) on the top half. We have the lid that goes with it as well. If you need additional info., please let us know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
