Question:
I have a vase that is ribbed with a ruffled top. On the base the date 1945 is scratched into the colored surface before it was fired. It is a pinkish maroon. 4" high. I was told it was a sample color. Thanks for any information that you can give me. Marge

Hi, I have a pot marked Red Wing USA 923, but it doesn’t match the one 923 I’ve seen. It doesn’t have any decoration or handles (see pictures). It’s just under 10" tall. Can you tell me anything about it’s value? Thanks! Amy
My Mother had this cornucopia for at least 30 years and thought it was from Red Wing Pottery. Bottom is stamped 442. It’s in excelllent condition with a pink/taupe glaze color. Looking to confirm it’s from Red Wing Pottery and some info on the piece. Thanks. Gayle

Hi, thanks for the terrific website. I searched all 1400+ questions for artware and couldn’t find this vase. Bottom is marked 806 RED WING. Color is light gold with Niles Green inside. Measures 11". Perfect condition. Thanks for any info! Laura
I received this pair of vases from my mother-in-law in 1975. They belonged to her mother. I don’t know when they were purchased but my mother-in-law’s mother passed away in the 1960′s. The vases are aprox. 7 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" in diameter. The mark on the bottom of each says "1362 Red Wing USA". The vases are an olive(I would rather say frog green) green with a yellow interior. There are no chips or cracks on either. The inside of each vase has a crackled appearance. We would enjoy knowing the year they were made as well as any other information about them. Thank you so much for your help!It is very much appreciated. Warmest regards, Deb Fye
I have this vase that is marked Red Wing Art Pottery on the bottom. In pencil on the bottom is the initials XIN over BFN. Can you tell me anything about age, value, where it was made, etc? Thank-you. Diane
