Question:
This vase was a wedding gift for my parents during the war years. The Red Wing sticker is still attached. It is 10" from table to rim, 4" across the round base, and 7.5" from handle ear to handle ear. Of course I would like to kow its value, name, and any other pertinent information, because I want to sell it. Thanks so much for your knowledge and help! Sara
Answer: Hi Sara, it’s from 1943, part of line with similiar decorations. The glaze is called egshell ivory, antiqued with brown. Value is around 65.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose

It is perhaps slightly chipped and patched on the bottom, on the inside of the ridge. You can see scratches in the glaze where someone tried to smooth-out the patch. Otherwise it’s flawless. The mark on the bottom is 1259 Red Wing USA. Date? Number manufactured? Value?
