Loreen, I have copied in my response to these photos as well so other readers would not be confused.

Loreen, you have a pair of Red Wing Preserve/Snuff jars. The Preserve & Snuff jars are very similar in shape and size and came with stone lids. Snuff jars were advertised in 1/2 to 20 lb sizes. Preserve jars were advertised in 1/4 to 2 gallon sizes. I would think your jars would be close to the 1 gallon size. With lids, they book around $50 each. Al Kohlman
