Question:
I would like some info on the 50 gallon Redwing crock with lid. The crock has no cracks except some small spiderweb cracks around the drain hole in bottom. There is also an over flow hole at the top of crock. I don’t know if the hole is orginal or not. The Redwing on the crock is almost faded away. The lid has a hump on the rim. It looks like it was done when made. Any info and estimate of value etc. would be appreciated. Bill
Answer: Bill if you were to sell your 50 gallon Red Wing crock and it’s lid, I would sell them separate. The 50 gallon crock with faded wing and spider type crack around the spigot hole is valued between $1000 & $1200. The lid a $1000 to $1500. Looks very nice in the photo. Al Kohlman
