Question:
Good Afternoon, I have a western stoneware crock. 16" diameter and 18 1/2" tall. #12, maple leaf and stamp that says Western Soneware Company, Monmouth Ill. I would like to use it for plants but then I would need to drill holes in the bottom but I don’t want to damage it if it is worth value. Thank you for your time, Sincerely, Wendy
Answer: Wendy, if you drill holes in the bottom of any crock you will ruin it’s value. I would find another vase. Al Kohlman
