I have a red wing water cooler. it is 8 gallon size. It also has an 8 on the inside bottom in blue. it says water cooler on it and has the red wing logo. i do not have the lid. i could not find any 8 gallon water coolers and the biggest i found was a 6 gallon. how hard is it to find an 8 gallon one? any ideas as to value?

Answer: Eight gallon Red Wing water coolers are harder to find than the 6 gallon sizes. Also, if the number 8 is on the inside bottom, then your cooler is an earlier hand turned cooler. Now the value will be determined on how when the cooler is marked, how dark and clear the markings. Also, any chips, cracks or hairlines will greatly reduce it’s value.
