Hello, I have the brown hot water bottle with the leaf design. Could you tell me the value an also I need a stopper. The bottle is in Dan and Gail’s in Red Wing Stoneware book on page 78. Thanks Randy

Answer: Randy, these leaf designed water bottles are somewhat difficult to find and if signed will go for $250 to $300 in mint condition and complete. Yours without stopper would drop it’s value to at least half or more as collectors like complete and mint pieces (Value around $125). Finding a stopper will be tough. Your best bet is to advertise in the Red Wing Newsletter. You may find a collector who has one or a leafed water bottle which is badly damaged and willing to sell it’s stopper. Good luck. Al Kohlman
