I just purchased at a estate sale. a mini advertisting jug with a spout, but the thing that caught my eye was on the oppsite side, it has a small red wing, I have never seen one before the wing is glazed into the jug.The advertising is of "WRITE MERRIL GREER CHAPMAN CO. CROCKERY ST. PAUL" Any information would be appreciated.Thanks Jerry
Answer: Jerry, your 1/8 pin Red Wing mini jug with WRITE MERRIL GREER CHAPMAN CO. CROCKERY ST. PAUL" is an original. This St. Paul company began their operation in 1914. Your Red Wing advertising mini jug in mint condition books between $600 & $700. Nice find. Al Kohlman
