My mother has a Red Wing Gray Line (sponge band?) Butter Pail that she is considering putting up for sale on eBay. It is about 6 inches tall, in excellent condition, has the lid and the wire bale handle. Could you give me an approximate estimated value she could hope for? Thank-you.
Answer: Gray Line has been down a little in price. I would expect your mother’s sponge band bail with lid to bring between $650 & $700. Al Kohlman
